It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. ph49 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction other than the Philippines.

To access the real-money features of the ph49 Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Philippine mobile number, email address, date of birth, and such other information as ph49 may require. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) ph49 account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. ph49 may use technical and other means to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, ph49 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all funds therein (excluding original deposits, subject to investigation), and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements and Philippine regulations, ph49 is required to verify the identity of all account holders. You must submit valid Philippine government-issued identification (such as an SSS ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license) and any additional documentation ph49 may require. ph49 reserves the right to restrict account functionality, including the processing of withdrawals, until satisfactory KYC verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify ph49 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account. ph49 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.
ph49 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. ph49 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. These limits are subject to change. Current limits are always displayed on the relevant cashier pages.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified in the name of the account holder. ph49 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. ph49 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
ph49 aims to process GCash withdrawals within 15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer processing times vary by institution and may take up to 2 business hours. ph49 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
Anti-Money Laundering: ph49 is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering laws. We are obligated to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities. Funds deposited into a ph49 account must originate from legitimate sources owned by the account holder.
ph49 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings. These specific terms are communicated at the time of each promotion and take precedence over these general Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. ph49 prohibits the exploitation of bonuses or promotions through practices including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements while minimising genuine gameplay, colluding with other players, or any other conduct that ph49, at its reasonable discretion, determines to be abusive. ph49 reserves the right to withdraw bonus funds, void winnings derived from bonus abuse, and suspend or terminate accounts engaged in such conduct.
All games available on the ph49 Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a game display and the game's server-side result, the server-side result shall be deemed correct and final. ph49 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live games, tested by independent third-party laboratories. ph49 is not responsible for service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side. If a game round is interrupted, ph49's system will attempt to restore the game to its last valid state. Bets placed and accepted are final and cannot be cancelled once a game round has commenced.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without ph49's prior written consent.
ph49 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ph49 complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
ph49 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time alerts, and self-exclusion. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph49 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings (except where caused by ph49's proven gross negligence), loss of data, or interruption of service. ph49's total aggregate liability to you for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ph49 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." ph49 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
ph49 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; provision of false information; failure to complete KYC; or at ph49's sole and reasonable discretion. Upon termination for breach, ph49 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Upon lawful termination for any other reason, ph49 will return your verifiable account balance to you via your registered payment method, less any applicable fees, within a reasonable timeframe. You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting ph49 support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to ph49's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. The parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved through the foregoing processes.
ph49 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
